I just don't know what to think about Hoag Pelvic Health Program. I've wished for years for this service for women but it really is unbelievable how this Hoag program works. 1. Scheduling: had to wait several months for my first appt. 2. I was scheduled with a therapist who wasn't very available. Have been seeing Mona for a few months now for 2 conditions and have made progress in both. Mona is extremely knowledgeable in her field, compassionate and caring in demeanor which is important qualities to have as a practitioner. She is professional, yet relatable. Although appointments can be difficult, the staff tries their best to observe the waitlist which sometimes isn’t that long. The only frustration is that if you miss the call by say 5 or 10 min the spot has been given away. Otherwise highly recommend this center.

My wife went to this clinic and was a few minutes late due to taking our child since I was at work. They provided no grace period and just told her to reschedule even though the drive was 45 minutes in traffic. If the lesson is 45 minutes and you’re given an hour slot you should honor and help postpartum moms who are trying to get things back to normal. Awful service.

I have been seeing Sheila for the past few months and I couldn't be more pleased. She is very knowledgeable, thoughtful and considerate. The office is attractive and well equipped and the front office staff is efficient and pleasant. I have definitely benefited from the program.
