I had a partial lateral meniscectomy and grade 3 chondroplasty surgery here yesterday and the entire team was amazing. Also, when you enter the building it’s not very inviting, but once you open the doors it’s a different story. Beautiful and modern. Yuri at the front desk was so welcoming, Tabatha in pre-op made me feel at ease and , and my OR team — McKenna, Natalie, Dr. Parvaresh my orthopedist and Dr. Mohuiddin the anesthesiologist were top notch incredible. Main Street Specialty Surgery Center - Run away don't walk- just runaway!! If your Doctor uses this surgical facility ask them to move. From unfriendly staff talking about things they shouldn't be to the billing department manager blatantly lying on the phone to my insurance with me on the phone. They are out to make money and that is all. There are much better places than this money hungry chop shop. SMALL LITTLE PAPER SIGN WITH TAPE BY ELEVATOR SAYS: we moved. 363 main st. COME ON MAN - you all can do better than a tiny little paper Sign. You too GOOGLE!!! This place (or maybe all of the different businesses using these two buildings) - NEEDS MUCH MUCH BETTER SIGNAGE. MEDICAL BUILDINGS!! This is important. Being able to easily locate someone or one of these businesses when it matters - this is important. Get it right or do it better. This little Sign Just does not cut it right.
