Just when I thought it could not get worse - now they use a call center with people I cannot understand. I spent 40 minutes and could not get to talk to anyone who can make an appointment. I will have to leave Hoag so that I can get the care I need. Very disappointing.
The surgery was a success. However they took a sizeable deposit in October and were reimbursed by my insurance company in November. It is now February and I still have not received my deposit. The office never call. I have left messages via email and phone nobody ever returns the call. The one time we did make contact they told me to contact Newport Orthopaedic Institute, who are just as awkward to contact but finally tell me Hoag is the correct business. UTTER SHAMBOLIC BEHAVIOUR.
