The most amazing staff and care. I had gone through such a hard time lately with personal issues. The staff here was the most caring, did everything possible to clear me medically. I'm an international patient and needed to connect with an American Infectious Disease specialist. My situation is unusual. I called Hoag Hospital a few months ago and reception was super helpful with providing an overview of their system. They then kindly connected me to an Infection specialist, who is excellent. I had an amputation and was transferred to hoag accute physical rehabilitation center in Newport Beach. The nursing, Pr, and Ot staff were very good. My 1 star review comes from the case manager and Dr smilie. I was told before before I went home from doctor smilie and the nursing staff who was told by him the raised toilet seat, shower bench, and walker I need after having half my leg amputated everything would be there when I got home.
