Very good stuff at hoag medical group Fountsin valley
Terrible customer service. I was scheduled for an appointment at 3:30. Keep in mind that they asked me to arrive at 3:10, which I did. At 3:50 they finally have the courtesy to tell me that they are running behind. At 4:00, I left. I was never even called into the back to sit for another 15 minutes. I don't understand why doctor's offices can't call you as soon as they know that they are running way behind. I guess their time is more valuable than mine. We waited 45 minutes for Dr.Schacter to arrive but he never showed up. We first waited 20 minutes then I asked the nurse for an update. She said the doctor will be with us shortly due to assisting other patients. We waited another 25 minutes but decided to go home. The nurse apologized and said she would follow up with the doctor about my dad'meds.
Dr Schachter is very good and always listens to my concerns
Very nice staff. Made us feel very comfortable
