I used to be happy with this place when I saw Dr Sweetzer then I started seeing Dr Danette Taylor and she was rude and did not listen carefully and basically told me I was fine and I just believed I had something wrong. Went to a new primary doctor and finally getting the help that I should have gotten 2 years ago. I know maybe people think there is something wrong but for gods sakes listen to your patients and take your ego out of the equation.

Sitting here on December 15th since 9:40am appointment was made in November for 10 am. I did all my check in the night before. Here I am at 10:15, 35 mins later still waiting. I have to get back to work and not wait here all day. Why don’t you call me back on time when you can ACTUALLY see me. It’s ridiculous that they tell you to come in 20 mins before the appointment and make you wait for another 30 mins. BE on time please.
