To start I have severe medical anxiety. I went in for a fluoroscopy arthrogram and mris. Worst experience of my life. Asked them to explain everything to me like I was 5 because that’s just how my anxiety riddled brain works. They acted like it was the most inconvenient thing in the world. The guy who did my MRI didn’t have any patience and was rude had he explained to me what I was gonna do I would’ve corporated but I felt vulnerable and helpless
How did we get down to 3 Stars here?! This imaging group is wonderful. I've been there several times and can attest to the fact: they're on time, friendly and move through patients quickly and efficiently!
