The staff keep cancelling appointments over and over again. I could understand occasional urgent cancellations but these are months ahead cancellations. They cancel even already rescheduled appointments. Their appointments team never pick phones and almost always you have to wait couple hours for call backs. They will just provide appointment times based on their favor, they wont care if the time or office is not the one that is closest to you. Talking to managers, directors has no difference. I visited Dr.Ray's office for my shoulder pain, they took me for an Xray during the visit, and Dr. Ray provided an evaluation that lasted approximately 10 minutes. The remainder of my time at the clinic was just me waiting in the room. Then I received a bill that charged me for a 45-minute visit of ~$400. Absolutely BS

This place is the absolute worst imaginable care provider. The staff, the availability and the service is the worst. Before going there, just know that Hoag is a corporation that only cares about maximizing their profit and they only view us as numbers to improve their profit and nothing more. I am completely disgusted by this place will never ever go back.
Terrible service! Don't go here!! They will cancel your appointment at the last minute. I have a PPO and my Dr chose this location because of an urgent issue as this location had the soonest available imaging appointment. They had weeks to be able to reach out if there were problems with the paperwork but I didn't know this until I arrived for check-in that they cancelled my appointment and gave my time away as the orders from the Dr say "clinic" instead of "hospital".
