Dr. Fung and his team at the Newport Beach location provide excellent care and have been nothing but professional and compassionate. They are not the issue. My mom had a post op appointment. We showed up on time trying to check in; they tell us our appointment has been cancelled and they have left us voicemails regarding that. However; there are no missed calls or voicemails from them on either of our phones and in fact my mom got a confirmation call the day before the appointment! Can you imagine an 80 year old who is in pain after her surgery and has to sit through an hour drive to get there just to be treated like this!
