I've been with this practice for around 10 years. I can text my doctor at just about any hour of the day or night and get a response, get medications called into pharmacies, schedule bloodwork, office visits, etc... He also handles Iron infusions for me, deals with specialty physicians, and has gotten me into a ortho when the best I could do was 2 months out. It's not cheap, but it's by far the best care I have ever received.
