I'm surprised HOA is still in business. I wrote a full review on this business years ago. I've had to replace numerous of their "fixes" since their attempt. Billy does not follow up after the check is cashed and refuses to fix even the most basic flaw caused by their lack of expertise. These were done wrong the first time. After trying to contact him numerous times, he referred us to his lawyer who never answered the phone and never called back. Want my recommendation? Find someone else, anyone else. Don’t trust Billy.

Awful experience with this company. About a year ago, I hired them to replace the skirt (siding of my crawl space under my home). They quoted me at about 8 hours to complete the job. Took them over 3 days and they did not even finish sealing off the space. Now 1 year later, I’m finding out they installed the wrong materials as my new skirt is already crumbling and falling apart. Because of the fires in Sylmar two months ago, my iron fence needed new paint. They were very busy and they painted my fence about a month after I hired them. They did a very good job and got the payment after the job is done. Overall I am satisfied.
