If you want a bunch of people with nothing better to do but go around and make everyones life harder and if you don't listen they fine you and steal your home from you.
Working with HOA Services since June has been incredible. Serving on the board is a pleasure with Nancy and Mark as our property managers. Amazing office staff too. Knowledgeable, professional and efficient! Our neighborhood is fortunate to have them on board.
They sent me a notice to remove my daughters school sign out of the yard . We have had that sign in our yard since my daughter started school and it’s never been a problem . This company picks and choose people to single out and harasses people . They sent us 6 notices and a registered letter in one day . Don’t do business with these people what they fined us for is ridiculous and no where in the covenants does it say I have to ask the hoa to put a decorative school yard sign in my yard .
your company is not retuning calls, nor allows responding to the emails. we got two seperate notices for weeds, each notice was refering to border grass that placed when house was built 15 years ago. your phone switchboard automated voice says that you don't take calls. do you have something more important to do that communicating with the home owner?
This is by far the BEST HOA management company it has been my pleasure to work with. As the former President of the Puckett's Manor HOA, I can attest to the level of professionalism that Mark and Nancy Allen provide their communities. If it wasn't for HOA Services Inc., managing our way through the COVID-19 challenged year with all of the national, state and local government regulations, it would have been extremely difficult to navigate all of the legislation to ensure the compliance of the HOA and the safety of our communi... read more
