After interviewing several roofing contractors before we sold our home, they ranged from $4000 in repairs to only $500. HOA Roofing was the $500. But this was backed by a drone inspection with photos. We appreciate he didn't stomp around on our roof and crack the tiles. Beware of Realtors and roofing contractors that offer a Roof Certification. They will jack up the price and inflate unnecessary repairs.
We loved working with HOA Roofing on a few of our houses. The owners truly do make you feel like family and make the whole process seamless. Top notch crews who are very respectful and know their stuff.
