Unlawfully placed a lien on my property after they ignored my phone calls and emails for 6 months and never repaired damage in my unit caused by a plumbing leak in the ceiling. In the process of filing a lawsuit for damages and emotional distress.

This organization lost two HOA payments and continued to send me late notices when my payments were on time. When I protested, all the staff had to say is that it is a banking error and the late notices are automatically sent out and cannot be stopped. When I asked for a letter to be written stating my payments were made on time they did not follow through. Endless emails between HOA Organizers, myself and my credit union almost seemed like a part-time job. Eventually this was resolved, but who needs the headaches?

Terrible HOA management and it's been going downhill for several years now. They're hard to contact and they take a really long time to get anything done... if they even actually get it done. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
