Don't Let Your Friend Order Next Time – Ho-Wah has been around for years, and though inconsistent at times, there are a lot of items on the menu that are always fantastic. Other items, not so much. Yes, the hot and sour soup, which used to be teriffic, has suffered tragically over the last several years which leaves me scratching my head why?
