Dr. Harel A. Ho was my preceptor for PA studies. I appreciated his approach towards his patients and the learning mercy that he had towards me. He was a healthy eater (i.e., salad with no dressing from the buffet table that the facility would provide for their doctors). He was reasonably generous with his employees as well as with me, his student. He would take us out to eat and once invited us to watch a movie with him. Of course, we complied! Worst doctor ever!!! My very first visit with doctor was for uncontrolled thyroid problem. All that happened was I showed him my extreme swelling from my thyroid problem and talked about abnormal thyroid test and doses do not work. Also he left the room and I asked the assistant can you tell him to refer me to get my thyroid gland removed. Which he did because he knew from everything that was going on that was best.
