I have never felt the need to give any doctor a bad review but this guy was condescending and very dismissive when I tried to explain my symptoms. If I could give 0 stars I would.
I will not go see this doctor. The appointment and wait for the 20 mins Colonscopy is long wait. Appointment at 9:30am arrived at 9:10am after nurse all preparation still waited 2.5 hours not being called in yet. If there are too many appointments doctor should not allow to jam everyone same time. I am hungry, tire, couldn't sleep well and thirsty but can't drink. Colonscopy don't need this torment.
RECEPTIONIST ARE RUDE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL..HER NAME IS LIAN..I JUST CALLED TO GET A PATIENT COLONOSCOPY RESULT AND SHE HANG UP THE PHONE RIGHT AWAY..
This doctor is retiring and not taking new patients. The staff lies and give you different reasons to not give you an appointment.
