I started doing aqua aerobics with Tanjia P., she helped me with movements for my shoulder, did it very professionally. She is kind, friendly, positive and awesome at motivating. Lots of people really like her. She is great part of the team.

I had a membership and was excited to use it. The facility is in fact good. I found out that unfortunately they don't keep good business hours. They closed most days at 7pm and if you work late you can't fit in a workout. So, I cancelled my membership. They then charged me for an extra month. I spoke with them, they admitted their mistake and said they'd give me a refund. No refund came. I've emailed, called, talked in person. I'm SO disappointed. In addition to a lot of closures (i.e., Easter "weekend" was a four day shut down including Monday) the steam room in the women's locker breaks down a LOT. I have a treadmill at home. But I use theirs because I go there exclusively for the steam room after my treadmill workout. That means that FIFTY PERCENT of the equipment I use is broken. At $50/month membership fee, the value just isn't there. They shut the women's locker room down for a few days for "improvements", but the only thing that was improve... read more
