This shop was awesome for us. Our alternator failed us on a long drive, stranding us in Chowchilla for a few hours. HO was able to get us a new alt for $350 after parts and labor and took the time to try and diagnose another issue for us (at no added cost or pressure to buy anything). They managed to squeeze us in within 3 hours on a already booked Saturday. Cannot recommend them enough.
I would give it 10 stars if I could! I have taken my semi truck to various shops because my wheel is shaking while driving at higher speeds. I knew it was a tire balancing issue and 2 shops claimed to have balanced my tires and the issue was never repaired. I took it to H.O. Tires earlier today (7-2-2025) and 5 minutes later, my truck was being worked on. I watched Fernando remove my tires and balance them in a very timely manner. Stopped by because I heard a noise after getting my brakes done (not by them) but they were the closest as I was in Chowchilla from out of town. Very friendly, figured out the noise, and fixed the cause. Greatly recommend them to anyone in the area!!!!
