I took my 1½-year-old here, and Tracy was wonderful! She was patient, kind, and made the visit a great experience. The location was clean, well-maintained, and not overcrowded, which made everything feel relaxed and comfortable. We had a very positive experience and would definitely come back!
I only gave a five-star review because the phlebotomists are absolutely amazing at this location. If you are a hard stick, absolutely go here. This location is not accessible for people with disabilities. There are two heavy, narrow doors that must be opened manually, making it nearly impossible for anyone using a wheelchair, crutches, or other mobility devices to enter independently. Pleasant, clean, fast
My second visit here for lab work and it’s consistently a 5-star experience. The staff is incredibly friendly, but more importantly, they are meticulous. They take the extra time to ensure every specimen is labeled with total accuracy—it’s great having that kind of peace of mind!
