I have an issue with HNL, they DO NOT forward results of lab tests to our doctor. I’m not entirely sure how you can bill our insurance yet not forward result to the doctor who actually ordered the testing. Please respond with an answer that I can understand.
Both my husband and I get frequent lab work at Hamburg and everyone is very kind. More often than not I have a good laugh with the staff which is always appreciated.
