Been using this lab twice a month for most of 2025 and am usually in and out in 30 minutes. There were a few times the waiting room was full, but overall nice to have a location close and available.
I struggle with blood draws. So much so that I avoided them for eight years. I couldn't have done it without Alissa A's patience, professionalism, and kindness. She made the experience as comfortable, quick, and painless as possible. I ask for her every time I visit HNL.
I was very happy with my visit! Easy check in! I was in and out from check in to leaving within 15 minutes. The phlebotomist was very sweet and quick. Happy to have this location so close to home.
