The technician tried to draw blood. She moved the needle in and out and and side to side, it was very painful, and I am injured. I had to stop her because she just kept on hurting me worse. She never got a drop of blood in a vial. This person had no business drawing blood. Customer service at HLN did not care at all that she injured me. Go somewhere else with a qualified phlebotomist.
Jermyn location had a 55 minute wait and the Peckville location doesnt habe Saturday hours. I googled this and drive straight up there and there was no wait. In and out in less than 10 minutes and the tech was super nice. Will be returning here for my monthly bloodwork.
The tech that manages this lab is outstanding! I’ve been to her dozens of times and she does an amazing job with all aspects and I refuse to go anywhere else since I found her.
