Went in today for inspection, was told my control arms snapped along with arm gestures holding his palms facing each other and elbows separating in a snap motion, advised control arms must be replaced. I left to get a second opinion. Other mechanic advised me the control arms are fine and calls HNH. Man that answers phones says bushing are loose, backtracks saying bushings are part of control arms. I found reliable and experienced hands
Such a great mechanic shop. I have brought my Audi S4 here a few times already and have received excellent and prompt service. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They work very diligently. I would definitely recommend them if you need service on a European car and want a trustworthy mechanic.
Super nice people working there and I really appreciate their work. Last week they inspected my car and damaged my jacking point. I do understand mistakes can happen and it’s easy fix with hammer but I really would have preferred if they told me at the end of the inspection. But other than that I recommend this shop if you’re around.
