I'm a homeowner in Parkhaven, we have contacted the HOA and your company numerous times about the poor and, frankly, terrible site grading . We have standing water, a stream across our whole backyards 6' to 15' wide, making 2/3 of our property unusable. We are unable to fence and landscape.
