You could improve your customer relations. Many years ago when I refinanced my home loan with HNB, they were the nicest people to deal. Sorry to say, that is not the case today. They are so rigid and their attitude is along the lines of "take or leave it" Other banks have extended hours, but not HNB.

Found I was missing $200 that I never got back and One of the Vice President shut my debit card off because he felt like it.
