I called to get my carpets, drapes, and a few big area rugs cleaned, which I like to do a couple of times a year. Avery answered the phone and was very friendly and helpful. I told Avery I had family visiting soon and needed the cleaning done as soon as possible. Avery quickly arranged for someone to come out within a few days.
