I would highly recommend H.N. Carpet Cleaners! The staff was friendly, professional, and really knew their stuff. I had them come out to my place in Charlotte before the holidays to clean the carpets in my hallway, stairs, and bedroom, which hadn’t been deep-cleaned in a long time. i can't say enough about how impressed i was with avery and earl. we were taking care of our neighbor's dog in charlotte and unfortunately, he got sick. when we got home, there was a big mess on the carpet. we tried to clean it up ourselves, but the stains and odor just wouldn't go away. we called the carpet cleaning team and they came out the next day to check everything out. avery and earl got right to work and in about an hour, all the stains were gone and the house smelled fresh again. they really saved the day!
