One of the ladies has an attitude with no customer service. Rolled her eyes when I had my kids sitting down. Everyone else was nice except her. She looked miserable working there even tho she wasn't doing crap ☺️
Wrong billing, I have called to get help, wait time 50 minutes, left a call back number they called me back but waiting to hear from someone over 10 minutes, is this a joke??? Horrible customer service
I came over in need of help with understanding a certain PPO plan offered by an employer and Brandon was exceptional! He answered so many of my questions and was extremely patient with me. He was informative about the different PPO Plans offered and even did a breakdown for each one! If you don’t have a full understanding of these topics, Brandon will inform you! Wonderful customer service!
They don't tell you their dental plan doesn't kick in for a year. No matter how much you pay per month. Very disappointed.
