Im out hold for long periods of time. Transfered over and over until I give up.
Customer service call in is non existent, waited on the phone closed to an hour and hung up. Reason high volume of calls, how is an agency like HMSA under staffed and unable to provide reliable service.
They pretend they will help you but they just tell you sweet lies and sugar coat things to make you feel better when in reality they don’t help you pay for anything. You will always pay in full price. The lady was making excuses on why she couldn’t help me saying it’s a walk in service when in reality the office was empty and there’s other workers that could’ve helped those people if needed. One of the ladies has an attitude with no customer service. Rolled her eyes when I had my kids sitting down. Everyone else was nice except her. She looked miserable working there even tho she wasn't doing crap ☺️
