Can you give zero stars? First off you go through this automated computer thing that repeats everything back to you, and gets it wrong most of the time. So allow 10 minutes for that. Then it will say transferring you to an agent, and a dead line after that...No music, no offer to call you back, no idea how long it will be. I waited 30 minutes and then eventually hung up. Great way to spend my morning.
I consistently receive outstanding customer service at the HMSA Center in Pearl City. The entire staff is friendly, welcoming, and genuinely customer service oriented. I especially want to recognize Desten, who is always efficient, knowledgeable, and personable. He takes the time to answer questions thoroughly and makes every interaction a positive experience. Called because I was interested in receiving insurance, while I wasn’t able to do anything at the moment due to financial hardships, the representative Destin was very helpful with explaining the plans available and explaining what to expect with the coverage with deductibles. Hopefully can reach out and do business in the future when I can get out of foreclosure on my home and afford to eat and pay bills again
Worst customer service i have ever dealt with, on hold for hours just to get sent to new agents who just repeat what the previous person has said! Going on a week now and still no resolution to my issue. No call backs, or any sort of actual help.
