This situation at HMS raises serious concerns. The frequent turnover of physicians, strongly suggests systemic issues within the establishment. I have had approximately nine in under two years! Departure of so many professionals warrants a thorough investigation into the working conditions and overall organizational health of HMS. I've had many providers through HMS. In the 19 years of being provided care, starting with Jill Steidl out in Gila. I finally have an excellent, patient, compassionate NP who is totally on board with helping me. Her name is Mary Crow. I lucked out with being seen and heard by Mary. I notice that a gentleman here has left a bad review for Ms. Crow. I wish to refute his claim of how my NP treated the circumstance and himself. Had an appointment with Mary Crow, after 30 minutes of waiting she showed up to the exam room- Mary saw that I was on the phone- and informed me that she would be right back, and tried to give me time to finish my phone call. She actually left, and after waiting an additional twenty minutes I was informed that she cancelled my appointment because I was on the phone. Rude. There for the dentist wisdom tooth. Dr Den. Couldn’t care less. Offered no antibiotics for my situation. Had to come back only to see Bailey . Rude also along with the assistant. They were still not going to give me antibiotics despite having my neck out swollen jaw couldn’t open. Come down to the pharmacy genoa. Rude again.
