Excellent service, prompt and efficient! Highly recommend
I would like to thank and highly recommend HMS Plumbing and Mechanical. Jack came out at 8am this morning on an overnight emergency sewer blockage issue. With the sewer line blocked we couldn't use the toilets or any water because it would back up into the basement. Jack was friendly, professional and very skilled in troubleshooting the problem and quickly fixing it, returning full functioning water and toilet services in the house. Peter is always very responsive. We’ve had him remove our old water tank (it was huge and very heavy) and install a tankless system. We’ve also had him repair leaking faucets and a non functioning shower head. He always gets back to me immediately and he shows up on time! Highly recommend. 10/10
I called for some last minute emergency and Peter went out of his way to try to help me. I was so impressed with the customer service. Although the situation got resolved before he got here, I am glad that I found him and looking forward to working with him in future.
Excellent service, quick to respond, comunication was timely, showed up when they said they would, reasonable price. All the things that we value in a tradesperson. Highly recommend.
