I had a leak in the apartment while I was out of the country. I called Peter and he arrived within an hour and send his crew to fix the problem on the next morning. It was very easy to communicate with Peter and I can highly recommend using H.M.S Plumbing & Mechanical. Seriously, don't even bother calling somebody else. It is so difficult to find a good contractor. I'm very happy that I had a chance to work with this company.
Can you image moving into a house you just purchased, paying a 7 figure amount, and discover that the plumbing system is backed up, and no water will drain? I would like to thank and highly recommend HMS Plumbing and Mechanical. Jack came out at 8am this morning on an overnight emergency sewer blockage issue. With the sewer line blocked we couldn't use the toilets or any water because it would back up into the basement. Jack was friendly, professional and very skilled in troubleshooting the problem and quickly fixing it, returning full functioning water and toilet services in the house. Peter is always very responsive. We’ve had him remove our old water tank (it was huge and very heavy) and install a tankless system. We’ve also had him repair leaking faucets and a non functioning shower head. He always gets back to me immediately and he shows up on time! Highly recommend. 10/10
