Excellent!! Arrived 0915 for a 1100 appointment. Checked in via phone with qr code provided by guard shack security. Was given a door within 5min of checking in. Bills in hand by 1015.
Waited 5 hrs before a forklift touched my trailer. Got loaded after 6 hrs. Ugh this place sucks.

Brooke in the office is wonderful delight...wish all shipping offices had a Brooke in it truckers would be lot happier. Zack is a super fast and safe loader...I arrived early hour and half before my appointment and was loaded and back on the road before my original appointment time.... Will definitely return and if you can't back up on those wide open docks then you probably should stop driving trucks
