Waited 50 mins for a simple sandwich, no apology. Order also to be put online while their website is not fully working.
Clean & fairly comfortable, fairly decent attitude from workers but slow service, chicken sandwich was dry a funk. I know airport lease must be expensive but that food was really below mediocre for the price, like McDonalds mediocre. Actually ended up there because there was no priority pass lounge in terminal B & I wasn’t about to pay for a BA day pass for their lounge. Go with low expectations.
I don't understand how this company gets airport contracts. From the president on down, they have no idea what they are doing. Terrible service, even worse food. Pretty much garbage all around.
It Says to use the app at the table to order. -app not working. - ordered an old fashion, no oranges - order ginger ale, out of ginger ale - ordered chicken tenders 2 regular pieces 2 tiny pieces placed under the regular size pieces. 3 of the 4 pieces were so dryer out that honestly I could not bit through them. I usually don’t complain but for $45.00 for an old fashion, a coke and really bad tenders , I was very disappointed. The bartender was nice. Don’t eat here.
