We called HMS because our AC system was failing, and we hoped it could be repaired. Hector came out and took his time reviewing everything with us. He explained that the system was mostly beyond repair and that putting money into it would likely lead to more repairs later. HMS was professional and attentive throughout the entire process of my replacement. Hector was clear cut and honest throughout the process, which does not happen as much anymore. We appreciate his team being able to fit us in after our air conditioner broke down for good. He was very thorough, with clean and organized work.
