I love Functional Fitness! I specifically love Lindsey’s Body Boost classes - she’s great, class a great structure, and there are always fun folks. And Carly has also helped me a ton with injury prevention with her corrective exercise sessions
Had such a fun time working out at the Body Boost. The workout was an intense circuit that was full of funny jokes and awesome ladies cheering you on to finish your set!
Lindsey’s classes help me push past what I thought were my limits!
