DO NOT TRUST THEM, (get a second opinion) For the second time in a year they have caused problems in my home. The plumber and wet room specialist (Ray) tried to pull a fly one, (he told me on 22/07/25 (this is the plumbers own words "im going to remove the tiles, back wall, new shower seat, use a dehumidifier, new gully") all he done was took up the wet room floor and tried to relay a new one, (He didn't even have a dehumidifier (look at the image he was using a fan, the plaster was cracking) he went on his break, i FaceTime... read more
Lovely, friendly staff
Everything starts off great but then the truth comes to light. The workers seem friendly and I do believe they are however their craftsmanship is left to be desired. Although they tried it was awful, it is awful. They have left our home in such a state I feel it could of been purposely done surly no one is that bad. I don’t think you get good tradesmen anymore. These guys don’t like their job and it really does show. They started this job on the 18th December 2023 and it’s still not finished now April. Jokers!!!!! It’s very ... read more
