This program is the greatest! It’s helped me lose a significant amount of weight and keep it off. The weekly meetings and Jina’s coaching are top notch. The community there is also so supportive and such an amazing benefit. If you’re looking to get healthy or lose weight this is the place for you! 10 out of 10 reccomend!
Great coach and community
Losing weight is hard, keeping it off is much harder! EMPOWER helped me take off and keep off a lot of weight without feeling hungry or deprived. Their plans are healthy and effective. No gimmicks, no fads just sound nutritional and exercise advice. I’m in the 4th year of keeping off 80+ pounds. I’ve been overweight my whole life. EMPOWER is the only program that has worked for me. I recommend them with no reservation.
This amazing and nutritional guidance program is different than anything I have done before …. And believe me I have done many. We can all lose the weight, but keeping it off is the hardest part.
