The day time driver told us one thing and 15 mins later when he returned, he said something totally different. Poor customer service and very rude to people. Says one price on the sign and them charges more when you check out.
Transportation was very slow, it would have been faster to walk to Disney. Driver was disrespectful to patrons, highly suggest not using. I will walk from now on.
For Disneyland travelers highly ill-advised. Drivers do not follow promised arrival/departure times. Wait times can exceed hours. Half of the time operators tell you to kick rocks until you call 2 or 3 times. Some operators are helpful but you gotta get lucky with those. With 3 day pass we walked half of the time. The worst part is not the cost but mislead expectations of service. All other hotels have much better and more reliable shuttle service
