Absolute clown show. Contracted with airport hotels and don't go where they are supposed to. Don't call, coordinate. Rude incompetent drivers. Absolutely not worth the "free" shuttle unless you don't mind waiting an hour or more for a 2 mile ride.
Now why in the world would Hilton switch over to this company. This was the worst on so many levels. I called the Hilton Garden Inn LAX last night in which I thought because I had parked my car there while out of town. They send me to HMR for parking. The lady I couldn’t understand. I spoke with her at least 10 minutes just to ask for a pick up or when was the next shuttle service because the first shuttle was packed and there were others like myself waiting on one shuttle that goes to multiple hotels and parking spots.
