After having numerous counseling sessions,I had asked them for a report to give to my GP in which they had denied,and had several staff changes that made myself feel like a broken record having to start from scratch every time which had caused more anxiety and stress,very unprofessional in delivering a report and I feel it was a total waste of my time in talking to them,I would not recommend them at all.
After months of waiting to be on the referral system, they call and say we cannot be seen due to a conflict of interest. There was no further explanation as to what the conflict of interest was, even after asking. Very poor at communicating and would not recommend.
