Reasonable prices, exceptional service. I called HMI after experiencing a mildew like odor coming from our gas fireplace (not originally installed with HMI.) We are quite a drive from Osage, but still within their service area. The HMI techs, Dennis and Willie were conscientious and friendly. My issue turned out to be the result of a bad install by the builder causing not just the mildewy smell, but an unsafe situation.They found that the air inlet was blocked from insulation/packing material and the the flu was not secured ... read more
Had issue with pilot light. They had Dennis to our place same day which is unbelievable to begin with. Dennis was awesome and did a great job and had it working like new! Thanks!
Had an issue with a fireplace pilot. Joey was very helpful. No attempt to upsell. Excellent customer service. Any future issues or needs will go to HMI first.
