Had an issue with a fireplace pilot. Joey was very helpful. No attempt to upsell. Excellent customer service. Any future issues or needs will go to HMI first.

I have trouble with my pellet fire place insert, called to get technical help talked with a lady that was very nice explained my problem and asked for Mike he is the technician he was not there but he would call me that afternoon. He did call got great technical help got my pellet insert going again. If I had to buy another I would buy it here. Great people and service. Thank you for your help.
Great experience! The technician was great. He was on time and professional and extremely informative. I've lived in my home for 28 years and I thought I knew all there was to know about my fireplace (I was wrong). He politely explained what was wrong and fixed it all. I highly recommend. I will definitely use them again.
