These guys are the real deal. Been to many other shops and just got the runaround. They took care of my wife very fairly without bending her over a barrel and showing her the 50 states. It’s nice to see a shop not take advantage of women. So many do but not Sean and his team! Thanks guys!!!!
O stars if i could!! Who has a pick up time for a week vehicle rental for noon and they close at noon? Had this car reserved for a trip with my boys for 3 weeks. Tried saying merchant services shuts down exactly at noon. Merchant services never shuts down. Why wouldn't your last pick up be at 11:45 if you close at noon? They should be ashamed. James at the Hackettstown Avis location was absolutely amazing! When we found out we couldn’t fly because we didn’t have our REAL IDs, we had to pivot quickly and take a road trip instead. We needed a van last minute, and James went above and beyond to help us out. His professionalism, kindness, and calm demeanor made a stressful situation so much easier.
