I had an issue with a car battery in my mercedes sl 550 and Sean at HMI really stepped up and did the right thing when he really didnt have to. I so appreciated what they did.

I caught them lying to me multiple times. They told me my breaks were good. They weren't, and now my rotors are warped. I had to bring it back to replace my rear calipers. They told me the suspension needed over $1,300 worth of repairs. It doesn't. Another shop showed me the suspension isn't loose and doesn't need repairs. They told me the extra $300 they added to my quote was because of inflation. Inflation has been going down for months. And they just raised their hourly rates too.
