Very disappointing experience with this pharmacy. I went to pick up a prescription for my 7 month old daughter, and the employee who helped me was rude and not helpful at all. I was told I would have to wait more than 20 minutes for the prescription, so I decided to come back another day. When I returned the lady was also rude, and the prescription still wasn’t ready. I'm not only a patient but also part of a drs office that does use them A LOT!! the office i work for is also part of HMH , and the drs prescribe a ton of biologics and specialty medications which always end up needing and authorization from ins and this long back and forth process. THEY COMPLETE the prior auths for us for specialty drugs they fill which let me tell you takes a LOAD off the CMA's. Nicholas Marra, PharmD. and Athena are truly the best! Every time I come in, they’re kind, patient, and genuinely care about the people they help. Nicholas always takes the time to answer my questions, and Athena is so friendly and welcoming that she makes every visit easy. Great customer service is hard to find, but they consistently go above and beyond. I’m so grateful to have a pharmacy team I can trust. Highly recommend!
These people are so responsive and helpful! They will follow up on your insurance, help with prescriptions and offer any advice necessary! Highly recommend them over all other pharmacies!
