I had an outstanding experience with the physical and occupational therapy services at HMH Palisades Medical Center. From the moment I started I felt I was in excellent hands. The therapists were not only highly skilled and professional but also compassionate and encouraging. I give the HMH Palisades Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation center a score of 5 out of 5 for the following reasons: - Knowledge, expertise and excellent care. Therapy was tailored to my specific condition (lateral epicondylitis) with a variety of treatments, exercises, and progress assessment. My therapist, Betsey, is an amazing, gregarious, and upbeat person. She brightens my sessions even on the most painful days. Her laughter is contagious, and she lights up the therapy room! She's knowledgeable and thinks outside the box. She always remembers my challenge and adapts accordingly. I would recommend her without hesitation. She's gifted in her chosen profession.
