I've contacted this clinic multiple times regarding scheduling appointments and needing feedback on concerning personal issues. While on the phone with the front desk, I was suffering major issues that required immediate attention. The person I spoke with was dismissive, unempathetic, and short. I cannot say enough good things about this practice. When I found out I was pregnant I was turned away from other OBGYN offices in freehold because I have chronic migraines. After being recommended this office by a friend I gave them a call; they were incredibly supportive and got me scheduled very quickly. I had two bad experiences at this office. I want to make it clear that the staff (receptionists and nurses) were always pleasant and kind — my issues were specifically with the two doctors I saw. I first saw Dr. Carlo in October 2024 and had a very disappointing experience. She was 45 minutes late even though I arrived on time, and I sat alone in the exam room the entire time without any update.
