Very good customer service!
The ladies that worked with my daughter were absolutely amazing, their bed side manor is what all medical professionals should stride for.
The second time in this place, the person in window 5 does not take any consideration for other patients. For over 10 minutes she was chatting away with another patient that I can assume she knew, but the conversation was nothing related to medical or appointment concerns. If it wasn't for another patient that went to ask how much longer would it be. We would still be waiting. Bad service every time.
