I have attended the education classes for over 20 years.The staff has changed but the services remain consistent I would highly recommend if you want or need information to debunk the myths surrounding diabetes as well as getting very useful information to assist in managing your diabetes I am happy to report that my A1C at my last meeting on 4/2/25 was 4.8 without medication A combination of a plant based diet and exercise
