It seems like no one wants to do there job here you can never get a hold of anyone they have a complete disregard for the fact they are dealing with children and families that have serious medical conditions, in order to get a appointment with them it literally takes months some of them are very nasty I’m surprised they even have 2 stars and for some reason they are always referred by other clinics and medical providers even though it’s obvious this center sucks if you ask me everyone involved is covering for each others ina... read more
Dr. Ghanny is a great doctor with a nice bedside manner. He is thorough and really takes his time explaining every lab and treatment option and answering questions. I particularly like how he always makes sure to ask my child if they have any questions. The office can be difficult to reach by phone, but are very responsive via email. We have been very happy with the care we receive there.
Difficult to get an appointment during Covid-19 at Hackensack. So, I went to Dr Elizabeth Burtman in Tenafly for my son's growth issues instead. It was easy to get an appointment with Dr B. and they were thorough. She makes a powerpoint presentation of his growth chart for my son to see . All blood was taken in the office and they were kid friendly.
