The providers i’ve met here are all excellent, professional, and caring. On the other hand the receptionist that was here today at desk #2 for Maternal Fetal Medicine is not. Upon my first 60 seconds of interaction with her she was very passive aggressive and cold. She asked me what time my appointment was and I told her “7:15am is what I was told when I got a confirmation call but on my chart it says 8am” her response was “No we don’t do confirmations calls your appointment is at 8am”. Horrible experience at maternal fetal medicine at Hackensack Meridian. Their staff are useless and their policies are absurd. Even their patient care coordinator is even more useless. Avoid using this facility.
