Doug was a decent lawyer to deal with. The rest of the staff leave a lot to be desired. We just went through a nightmare of a situation and used this law firm. We asked to have a promissory note drawn up. That never happened. We had our wills rewritten and had our daughter added as trustee on the title of our house. We were asked for a $500 deposit up front and the balance was due before we left the office. I don’t agree with the $500 up front but whatever. Fair enough.
