Very upset. After seeing cardiologist Dr. Ankitkumar Patel on June 22 and receiving a CT referral, the office failed multiple times to deliver my time sensitive script and health information to the radiologist in charge of the CT scan in order to schedule my next testing. For over two weeks I have called back and forth between this office and the radiologist that this office referred me to.
