I have continually tried to call and leave a message for a nurse and the automated call system keeps repeating and will not allow me to leave a message even though it says please remain on the line if you would like to leave the message. During operating hours and non business hours. Trying to call and ask for a refill on pain medications after a knee replacement has been like pulling teeth it’s so hard to do. Wonderful doctors, nurses, and staff! Everyone in Pediatrics is wonderful. Dr. Hoover in Seasons (OBGYN) is fabulous! The family medicine center is amazing! I have been seeing doctors in this facility for many years and now my son is too!
HMG is a mixed bag. TheRe or some decent doctors but they are extremely inconsiderate of your spot time.
Great urgent care facility. The docs seem to really care.
